KANSAS CITY, Mo.  — From exercise to eating right, it seems we’re all a bit more focused on incorporating wellness into our daily lives.

However, living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be filled with sacrifice

In her new book, The 21-Day Yoga Body, yoga and wellness expert Sadie Nardini dares to say that healthy living can be fun.  Nardini stopped by the FOX 4 Morning Show on Thursday with some products that promote wellness and also shared some wellness tips.

Nardini’s wellness suggestions included:

  1. Drink more red wine
  2. Wear hosiery with benefits
  3. Wear red lipstick
  4. Massages
  5. Wear earplugs or noise-cancelling headphones.
  6. Use body lotion without parabens
  7. Use a smartphone with a digital camera
