KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Four MIAA men’s teams learned on Sunday that they are heading to the NCAA Division II Central Regional on the campus of Minnesota State-Mankato.

Central Missouri earns the number two seed in the region and will face off with Arkansas Tech of the Great American Conference. Missouri Southern, who won the MIAA Tournament Championship early on Sunday, earns the third seed and will face off with Fort Hays State who grabbed the sixth seed.

Northwest Missouri earns the fifth seed and will face Winona State of the Northern Sun Conference.  Three teams from the MIAA have earned bids to the NCAA Division II Central Regional which will take place in Searcy, Arkansas.

Leading the field is Emporia State who earns the top seed in the region and will face off with eighth seed Southwestern Oklahoma State. ESU earns the top seed, but due to not having the ability to host, will travel to Harding University who earned the second seed.

Central Missouri earns the third seed and will play sixth seeded Northern State in the opening round Also joining them is Pittsburg State who will face off with Wayne State of Nebraska.
