KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City welcomed three Ukranian delegates this week. The women came to learn more about how the government works through the “Open World Program” supported by Congress. FOX 4’s Kerri Stowell spoke with the women and has more on their journey and what they hope to learn while in the City of Fountains.
