CHEROKEE, Okla. — Storm chasers in Cherokee, Okla., captured pictures of twin tornadoes on the move Saturday in the massive storm system that spawned tornadoes from Oklahoma to Nebraska.

At least five people in Oklahoma were killed. Thousands are without power in Oklahoma and Kansas. In Thurman, Iowa, about 151 miles north of Kansas City near the border of Nebraska and Iowa, residents are assessing the damage from the storm that destroyed about 75 percent of the town.
