KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Jake is a lovable dog — part Cattle dog and Basset Hound. He comes from a farm where he liked to herd horses, but the horses weren’t too amused by his herding skills, so his owners surrendered him to Wayside Waifs. Jake is house trained and very friendly.
