In her new book, The 21-Day Yoga Body, yoga and wellness expert Sadie Nardini dares to say that healthy living can be fun. Nardini stopped by the FOX 4 Morning Show on Thursday with some products that promote wellness and also shared some wellness tips.
Nardini’s wellness suggestions included:
- Drink more red wine
- Wear hosiery with benefits
- Wear red lipstick
- Massages
- Wear earplugs or noise-cancelling headphones.
- Use body lotion without parabens
- Use a smartphone with a digital camera
