KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City is in good economic shape and open for business.
That’s the message the Kansas City Area Development Council wants to make sure people are receiving as they consider moving or investing in Kansas City.
They are aggressively recruiting businesses and families to Kansas City by promoting the affordable cost of living and job and business opportunities.
“Kansas City is an extremely cost-effective place to live and raise a family, we are very fortunate in that one of the greatest attributes we have to offer families is a very attractive cost of living,” said Bob Marcusse, CEO of Kansas City Area Development Council. “We have great schools. We have a very reasonable cost of living here. You can buy a home and live in a nice home with a living wage in Kansas City.”
