An impromptu kiss by the Tampa Bay Rays mascot took FOX 4’s Kathy Quinn by surprise Tuesday during the All-Star Red Carpet Parade.
Lucky for you, it was caught on live TV. We’re pretty sure Kathy’s cheeks turned red.
