GALESBURG, Ill. — Flood waters caused severe damage throughout portions of Illinois on Wednesday, where torrential rainfall pounded overnight.
At Carl Sandburg College in Galesburg, water came crashing into a building. (See video.)
Crews worked all day to pump water out of the building.
