PARKVILLE, Mo. — London rolls out a special welcome mat to students at Park Hill South High School.
The Lord Mayor of Westminster formally invited the school’s marching band to London. The band will perform in the city’s 2014 New Year’s Day parade.
The parade has about twice as many participants as the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York.
