KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A 45-year-old man has been charged in a statutory sodomy and incest case that involved a child.
Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters said Charles E. Guilford Jr., 45, assaulted a relative on “numerous occasions” over the course of several years.
Bond has been set at $250,000.
