KANSAS CITY, Kan. — Police are investigating a deadly Fourth of July shooting in Kansas City, Kansas.

Officers say they found a man in his 30’s dead from a gunshot wound late Friday night.

It happened near north 41st and Waverly. They haven’t released the victim’s name.

Police say their major case unit is investigating, and is encouraging anyone with information to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS (8477).
