They’re a “singing” duo that’s quickly become an Internet sensation. However, their video has received more dislikes than likes on YouTube.
The two highschoolers have risen to rival Rebecca Black for the most annoying song ever. (For the record, I happen to like RB’s song “Friday”.)
The girls, who in an interview with MTV only gave their first names, said they want to keep their identities as private as possible. They said they had help creating the video and that it was done just for fun.
The company that created the video, Old Bailey Productions, posted the video on YouTube stating, “Old Bailey Productions did not create any of the audio or lyrics for this video. We produced the video as a favor.”
The girls admit they don’t have the talent of Adele, but said in their MTV interview, “We do really like writing songs and coming up with lyrics. Who knows? Maybe we’ll get into that.”
