MERRIAM, Kan. — Two people standing on a curb in Merriam were hit by a delivery truck Wednesday evening at 54th and Hayes.
The accident happened shortly after 6 p.m.
Police said the truck may have been backing up at the time of the accident. Both victims were taken to the hospital and were listed in stable condition.
