PACIFIC, Mo. — A person is dead after being struck by an Amtrak train in Pacific, Mo., Wednesday evening.
It happened around 8:40 p.m. Wednesday near North 4th Street, KTVI reported.
Amtrak said the train was headed from Kansas City to St. Louis and had 58 people on-board.
No crew or passengers were hurt in the incident, the TV station reported.
There’s no word what caused the accident.
