FOX 4’s Macradee Aegerter reported that a passerby traveling on a bus called police to alert them that they saw Mikey at 27th and Spruce. That person stayed with him while calling the police.

Police have not yet said how they believe Mikey was able to wander off by himself. His grandmother left with him from the East Patrol Station shortly before 7 p.m.
