SPRING HILL, Kan. — The city of Spring Hill, Kan., confirms that Police Chief Richard Mann has been placed on administrative leave.
Sergeant Lance Wipf will serve as the acting chief while Mann is suspended.
Police did not release any further information about why Mann was suspended from the force.
