KANSAS CITY, Kan. — The victim of a fatal shooting, which occurred on Friday night, was identified by Kansas City, Kan. police on Sunday.

Police said the victim was 19-year-old Ti’yuan T. Donnell, a resident of Kansas City, Kan. He was reportedly found with a gunshot wound to the head in the 2600 block of Orville Avenue, near a 7-11 convenience store, around 9 p.m. Friday.

On Friday, FOX 4’s Eric Burke reported that preliminary indications were that the victim was shot elsewhere and transported to the crime scene where the body was found. A passenger car attracted the attention of investigators, but no official word was given about the role it may have played for any suspects.

This incident remains under investigation by the Kansas City, Kan. Police Department as of Sunday. They are urging anyone with information about the case to please call the TIPS Hotline at (816) 474-TIPS (8477).
