KATHMANDU, Nepal — Frightening video is emerging from Nepal of people pulling bodies out of crumbled buildings, and a man from Kansas City, Kansas, is one of those people helping in the aftermath of Saturday’s 7.8 magnitude earthquake.

“Okay,” Drew Timberlake is heard saying in the video, taking a deep breath. “Is that? No more? No more people?”

The 10-second video shows Timberlake teaming up with locals to pull children out of a crushed building. He says that he had just pulled a baby out of a window, holding the infant in his other arm.

On Saturday, Timberlake’s wife, Lauren Timberlake, called her parents to let them know that she was alive.

“Hey dad it’s Lauren, i just wanted to let you know there was a pretty big earthquake,” said Lauren Timberlake on her parent’s voicemail. “I love you and we’re safe. We’ll talk soon. Bye.”

The Timberlakes and their three children originally moved to Nepal to help refugees, and instead of packing their bags after the quake they’ve decided to stay their and continue their mission.

“They have great hearts….couldn’t be prouder,” said Lauren Timberlake’s mom Shirley Posladek.

And on Sunday there were some more great hearts, packing their bags to head to Nepal.

“This is an organization that goes where it needs to go and responds the way it needs to respond,” said Heart to Heart CEO Jim Mitchum.

Kansas City based Heart to Heart International is boarding a flight Monday, sending a team to Nepal.

“We`ll be there and we`ll be directing the supplies and the medicines that`ll be coming in with us and behind us as well,” Heart to Heart Founder Gary Morsch, M.D. said.

In a twist of fate, Heart to Heart’s CEO is good friends with Timberlake.

“They’ve already been in contact with our kids on how they can team up and help,” said Posladek.
