KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A woman filed a report of rape against a male friend who she said assaulted her while she was spending the night at his house.
Police say it happened on the city’s south side. Officers were called to a convenience store near 123rd and State Line Road early Monday morning.
The woman told police she had spent the night with a male friend in the 12600 block of St. Andrews and said he forced her to have sex with him while she was there.
Police said the woman is 48-years old.
They have not yet said if they’ve arrested the accused man.
