Pumpkin Banana Smoothie

All you need:

1 or more bananas, fresh or frozen
½ cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
½ cup fat-free milk
½ cup 100%-pure pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
5 ice cubes

All you do:

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth and frothy.
