LAWRENCE, Kan. — The winds of change for intercollegiate athletics, have been blowing for years, with everything from conference realignment, to the first year of a college football playoff system.

The winds continued to blow earlier this month with legislation passed at the NCAA Convention in Washington, DC.

FOX 4’s Al Wallace spent some time recently with a student athlete from the University of Kansas, who had a voice in the legislation passed that is considered by some as the most dynamic change in decades.
